There’s been a lot of confusion surrounding Erika Jayne‘s divorce from Tom Girardi.
Their divorce was announced right before Tom was taken to court by former clients for stealing settlement money, which raises a lot of eyebrows about what Erika may or may not have known about her husband’s crimes. Tom then filed for bankruptcy, but Erika seemed to be keeping her finances separate.
Now, the courts have demanded that Erika turn over her financial records for the couple’s shared assets in order to assess Tom’s bankruptcy case.
